1. Majority are busy doing the very things God has condemned.
   


2. They are wearing short gowns and skirts.
   


3. They are wearing trousers and knickers.
   


4. They are painting their bodies with all kinds of make-ups: cortex, lipstick, eye pencil, etc.
   


5. Their everyday dressing makes them unfit for marriage. In one story, a young man drove to a house to see a girl introduced by somebody. After he was sited, he introduced the purpose of his coming. He came to see a girl called Uzoma. The parents said, “That was the girl going out while you were driving in.” The young man replied, “I did not see any girl, except a house maid.” It was then that it dawned on the parents that their daughter does not dress up to fit.
   


6. Many girls dress in tight clothes that show their ugly shapes and indecent body curves.
   


7. They make hairstyles like those of men.
   


8. They wear men’s shoes, caps, boxers, singlets, etc, without knowing that doing so hinder the blessings of God.
   


9. They do not know that these things attract numerous evil spirits, demons, mermaids, ghosts, witches and forces of darkness. These spirits and powers come to cause marriage failure and family crisis.
   


10. They are not keeping the commandments of God, even without knowing that religious leaders forge and teach commandments, as if the doctrines were from God.
    • They do not keep the Ten Commandments of God.
    • They do not attend Sabbath worship.
    • They do not celebrate the seven annual festivals of God.


11. They do not participate in the true worship of God.
    


12. Many of them are busy mocking those who worship God in spirit and in truth.
    


13. They are fond of gossiping with everyday occurrences of events.
    


14. Many of them refuse to go for deliverance until it is too late.
    


15. Some of them are not ready to do what the man of God told them. After consulting the minister of God, they give assurances of coming back but would not come.
    


16. They do not engage in serious prayers while searching or waiting for the right person.
    


17. Most of them that attend churches, ministries, fellowship, etc, do so just to find husband. This alone is an abomination, because they do not attend prayers and worship for the sake of God. They are selfish and faithless.
    


18. They do not have time for things of God. Instead, they spend their time on the phone, facebook, twitter, whatsapp, video, television, etc.
    


19. They fail to build up their spiritual life, in order to get the right type of partner.
    


20. Many of them are already married to spirit husbands, even without knowing it. Some of them already have children inside the marine kingdoms.
    


21. They belong to various cults (ndi otu).
    


22. They are often quarreling with others, and in the hot exchange of words, they are busy cursing one another with all kinds of abominations or evil.
    


23. They cannot render simple services like help people, run errands, deliver messages, etc. they do not know that simple charity make way for great successes.
    


24. They are insultive in their everyday social relations. Imagine one girl, who would pick up the phone to answer call and say, “please you have just five minutes to say what you want to say.”
    


25. Majority of them pretend a lot, even when suitors come for marriage.
    


26. They do not start on time to fight the forces of darkness that are causing frustration in their lives.
    


27. Many frustrate themselves by their lifestyle. Imagine a girl, who is changing her dress every day. No sensible man would marry such a fashion-conscious girl, who spends so much money on fashion. Every day, she wears a new dress as if that is the most important thing to do every day.
    


28. Some hinder themselves with the large number of boys they move with. It is not a good thing to see one particular girl with different sets of boyfriends from time to time. For a girl to have so many boyfriends is a sign to the men that such a girl can easily betray trust or mess up herself with womanizers.
    


29. Many are hindered by the idols and charms buried inside their compound by their forefathers.
    


30. The wicked ones in their villages or in their neighbourhood put spell on ladies that prevent them from getting married.
    


31. A very serious factor is general economic downturn, which has resulted in harship, recession, setbacks, high costs, etc.
